A Sensation in Paris.
(Per Press Association.) Paris, Dec. 8. Alton's revelations have caused a sensation in Paris. Recard, speaking in the Chamber, denied their truth, bat admitted he gave an informer who offered to disclose certain papers a letter to their agent in London, requesting him to negotiate for them. It was impossible, he contended, to neglect any chance of arriving at the truth. A unanimous vote of confidence was passed.
