The Congo Outrage.
ANOTHER INDEMNITY PAID. (Per Press Association.) London, December 8. The tribunal of Boma has made enquiries into Major Lotbaire's action, and he will afterwards be tried by a superior council of the Congo Free State at Brussels. The Congo State has paid an indemnity of 100,000 francs to the natives of Stokes Caravan.
