Midland Railway Case.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Dec 5. The Midland Railway case was re■umed today. Br Blake, in reply to counsel, said the company bad apparently disclosed its claim as well as it could under the circumstances. One point which wm to be discussed was the position of debenture- holders who had a mortgage over the line. They could say, "We ■pent L 754.000 oo the JiDe and otir security has been seized." It would be necessary to show that the company took up this position. The evidence of experts was then continued.
