The Harper Case.

O 1 (Per Press Association.) Chbistchcech, Dec. 8. The charge against Leonard Harper, of the misappropriation of moneys of Miles' trust, was continued at the Supreme Court. Win. Miles, co-trustee, deposed that when accused informed him that trust money was lent to Packer he took, no steps to verify the statement because he knew Packer was a wealthy man. Ales.. Miller, accountant to Harper and Co. from 1886 till the firm's bankruptcy, deposed to false accounts being rendered to clients, and had several conversations with Harper respecting them. After a number of witnesses bad been examined the evidence for the prosecution closed, and the Court adjourned till to-morrow morning.
