Storms in Russia.
EXTENSIVE DAMAGE AND LOSS OF LIFE. i (Per Press Association.) St, Petersburg, Nov. 28. Severe storms have been experienced in the southern part of Russia, and many ports on the Black Sea are submerged. Several coasters have been sunk, and it is estimated the damage on land is forty million roubles. Eighty lives are lost.
