The Turkish Crisis.
[Per Press Association] Constantinople. Nov. 28. The Sultan has agreed to the Powers having additional gunboats in the Bosphorus. London, Nov. 28. The Daily News' correspondent wires that the Turks mobilised 60,000 troops in Syria and Palestine, and the force carried green flags, meaning a holy war. The rising, however, was crushed through the intrigues of the Russians.
