No Trace of a Missing Vessel.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Novr. 26. H.M.S. Lizard, which was despatched to the Auckland Islands to make further search for the wreckage recently discovered there by Captain Fairchild, of the Hinemoa, returned to port to-night. The intention was that the Lizard should search for castaways, and, if possible, ascertain the name of the ill-fated vessel.
