The Execution of Stokes.
(Per Press Association) London, November 21. The Belgian Government has refused to entertain the request made by the Congo State that Major Lothaire be court martialled for the execution of Stokes. The ivory, whick belonged to Stokes, has arrived at the coast and is valued at £40,000.
