The following is a list of the Auckland Cup nominations : — Anita, Deadshot, Annabelle, Grenadier, Ben Godfrey, Ida, St. Regel, Yattenfeldt, St. Hippo, Three Star, First Nelson, Dreamland, Haria, Marino, Quiltiri, Casket, Euroclydon, Folly, Westmerc, Rip Van Winkle, The Possible, Pegasus, Yamasboonc, Moute Carlo, Mahaki, North Atlantic, Spindrift, Bonnie Scotland, Bessie McCarthy, Impulse, Tireuse, Solitaire. At the Auckland Trotting Club's Meeting last Saturday Sultan won the Maiden Handicap, paying a dividend of i:3l 7s. London, November 24. At the Manchester Meetiug, the chief eveut — Manchester Handicap — resulted as follows:— Ivor 1, Count Schomber«2, Accapareur (sic) 3. Paris finished tenth in a field of 16. The betting against the son of Grandmaster was 50 to 1, and tor a place 100 to 8.
