Atrocities on the Congo.

1900 NATIVES KILLED. (Per Press Associotion.) London, Nov. 18. Murphy, a Congo missionary, corroborates the accounts of the cruelties practised by the officials for mercenary reasons, and states that on one occasion 1900 natives were killed, tbe soldiers being required to produce the left hand of a native for every cartridge fired. Murphy also declares that the officials carry on a trade in slaves, thus causing the natives to migrate to French territory.
