Treaty with South Australia.
(Per Press Association.) Adelaide, This Day. In the Legislative Assembly last night, the Premier laid on tbe table correspondence relating to the South Australia-New Zealand treaty. He explained the alterations that had been made in tha agreement by tbe New Zealand Parliament, and said that as that colony bad not offered any concessions in return for those withdrawn he feared he would be unable to recommend the acceptance of the treaty by South Australia. Mr Seddon had wir&ii tfoat> Vfafc decisions so far aa New Zealand was concerned were final.
