Ten Heretics Burnt Alive.

ANTICS OF A MODERN JUDGE. (Per Press Association). New York, November 4. The New York World reports that a Mexican Judge at Xacapa sentenced ten men, as heretics, to be burned alive, because, he said, he had received a divine command to avert vengeance on the city. The sentence was carried out, and the Judge, who is supported by the populace, has now been arrested.
