Wheat and Flour Market.

(Per Press Association.) Sydney, November 5. The Argus says the drought, which still continues unbroken, has done the work so well that now whether the rain falls or not the wheat harvest will be very light. Oat 6, barley and bay will be below the average. There is a pretty general consensus of opinion wheat at the very worst will average about five bushels to the acre and at the best seven bushels. Five bushels means enough to meet the Vie torian requirements, and seven bushels will give a surplus for export of about three million bushels.
