(Per Press Association.) Auckland, Oct. 31. The manager of the Alpha Company has received a cable message from London, stating that .£30,000 working capital will be sent to the Colony in four monthly instalments of £7500 each. The Woodstock Company's return for 24 days is £745 worth of bullion from 232 tons ore treated. The New Alburnia Company has been practically floated in London. A rush for Coromandel stocks took place to-day. Some very rich stone from Bunker's Hill mine was shown in the Exchange, and caused a great demand, sales taking place up to 18s 6d. Welcome Find cut a reef three feet thick, and shares advanced from 7s 6d to 9s 6d ; New Golconda sold 2s 6d, Hauraki No. 2 from 2s ld to 2s 6d. Kuaotnnu stocks are in better demand. Waitaras sold at 3s 9d. Kapai -Vermont reached 13s.
