o (PEB PRBB** ASSOCIATION) Melbourne, October 81. Zimmerman is confident of beating Parsons when they again meet in the five mile contest, as he has done the distance in 75secs under Parsons' time. Martin, a crack American, and Porter, an Italian, both cyclists of some repute, have arrived by the Austral, and intend competing at the principal forthcoming cycling events this season.
