— r-^O (Per Press Association.) London, Oct. 16. The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 2,080,---000 quarters, and for the Continent 1,150,000 quarters. Union s.s. Company of New Zealand shares, £6 10s ; New Zealand Shipping Company, £4 ss. The frozen hares, ex Rangatira, from New Zealand, are selling at from 3s to 3s 6d each. The authorities object to the sale of the Vancouver frozen salmon shipped via Australia, on the ground that the present is the close season for salmon. The estimated American visible supply of wheat is 62,900,000 bushels.
