A FATHER SHOT DEAD by HIS SON (Per Press Association). Havannah, Sep. 29. The captain of a company of Cuban Volunteers met his own son at the head of a band of insurgents. In the battle which ensued, the son shot his father dead, and routed the Volunteers.
