Gorton ami Sou's stock report : — A fair amount of stuck cauic forward at our Awaluui sale on Friday, more cattle than were advertised. The attendance was good, and bidding spirited, resulting in a good sale. The yards being cleared of nearly everythiug. At Bulls Jast week more stock came forward than were advertised. Cattle sold well but sheep not so well. Cattle — At BullsFat bullocks 1:6 10s Od to X'O 17s ; fat cows, 11 Is ; 2.:-yr steers, L3 l()s ; 18--month heifers. 1/2 2s Gd. Awahuri — Fat bullocks, L0 7s Gd to LI Is ; forward cows, j.3 10s ; 2-yr steers, L3 7s Od ; milkers, L4 to L.3 13s; 2-yr steers, Lo 0s 0J ; yc tilings and wcanurs, 30s to 3os; calves, Ids Gd to 18s. Sheep -At Bulls: Fat shoep, Hs 6d to 9s yd ; hoghoggets, 5s to Ok 9d. Awahuri—Hoggots, 5s 9d to Gs 3d ; call hoggets, 3s 4d ; store wethers, 9s od ; ewes 8s Id; fat wethers 13s. Messrs Abraham and Wiiliauis report : We have no change to report iu the market. Medium hacks made L;» 10s ; indifferent do. L2 10s to L3 17s 6d : crocks, 255. The stallions offered did not sell.
