Supreme Court Sittings at Wanganui.
The sessions of the Supreme Court in Wauganui, which open on Tuesday next, gives promise of being the longest on record here. So far there are 20 criminal cases, 4 divorce cases, aud 11 civil — 35 in all. In addition to the criminal cases a charge of burglary at Cheltenham against Belin lias bceu added. The following are the particulars of the other cases: — Divorce — Brayshaw v. Brayshaw and Grant, Rangi Marrie v. Haruru ki te Rangi, Boison v. Boison, aud Anderson v. Anderson. Civil — Cotter v. Ross (appeal from Magistrate's Court), Browne (Mr Jellicoej v. Baker (Mr Prior), Loveday (Mr Cohen) v. Nicholas (Mr Fitzherbert), Bank of New South Wales (Mr Baruicoat) v. Nicholas (Mr Fitzherbert), Bank of New South Wales (Mr Baruicoat) v. Durio, Kirkwood (Mr Treadwell), Jones (Mr Fitzherbert) v. Jones and Another, Black (Mr Edwards) v. Pahiatua Newspaper Co. (3lr Skerrett), Black (Mr Edwards) v. Toswill au another (Mr Skerrctt), Barnes (Mr Cohen) Hay, Wollerman (Mr Hankins) ( v. Wilson (Mr Baker.)
