Campbelltown Notes.

— O ! From Our Own Correspondent^ At the Mutual Improvement Society meeting on Monday evening, Mr C. Anderson's subject " National Co-opera-tion," was freely discussed, Mr S. Knight taking the negative. Mr Anderson was, no doubt, well read on the subject, but the vote was against him by 28 to 4. Mr R. A. Costall, who is leaving tbe district, was entertained at a social last evening by the members of the 1.0.0. F., A.C., who deeply regretted his departure as he has been one of the shining lights in the Lodge. A small souvenir was presented to him from the members. Mr Neill, of Sandon, has now opened up his branch saddlery aud harness establishment here, Mr Geertson being in charge. The butter factoiy is now fairly busy, running every day and about to run on Sundays.
