Defrauding Creditors.

(Per Press Association.) Haweka, This Day. In the district Court on Saturday JohnFarrell, William O'Reilly and Owen Cullen Cowen were found guilty of conspiracy to defraud their creditors, and sentenced to 3 years' hard labour. Wm. O'Reilly was also found guilty of perjury, and sentenced to 12 months' hard labor, to be concurrent with a previous sentence.
