New has been received that General Voyron's Brigade captured And-Riba with little resistence after a sharp artillery of fire. The rlying column is making i:>reparations to dash on the capital. August 27. The French armed 10,000 Sakalodas, hereditary enemies of the Hovas, and sent them on in front of the main advance. They carried their raids quite beyond control of the commander, and massacred 400 women and children at Mauadoac.
