O (Per Press Association.) Auckland, August 27. A man named Neil Joynt, aged 65, was found dead in bed at his lodgings. Deceased is said to be a brother of a wellknown solicitor at Christchurch and also of the ht-ad teacher of Nelson College. For the last six months he was in feeble health. Dunedin. August 27. At the inquest on Archibald McEwan, the jury returned a verdict that death was due to injuries received by a fall from Cox's Hotel at Outram, but no blame was attributable to the licensee or anyone connected with the hotel.
