(Per Press Association.) Sofia, August 25. A police commissary has been arrested on a charge of allowing M. Stamboul- ' off's murderers to escape without being brought to trial. Later. The editor of the Sooboda was sentenced to two years' imprisonmcut for declaring Ferdinand was morally responsible for StarnboulofP s murder.
