The Supreme Court has been occupied all day hearing the case of Kirk and others vtrsus the Phoenix Insurance Compauy, a claim of i'soo, the amount of polic} 1 on stock in a store at Karai, burnt down last September- The defence is that there was not the value of goods on the premises stated iv the proposal form, nor at the time of the firel The plaintiff's case is not yet finished.
