THE TIMES DENOUNCES DALY'S ELECTION.

London, July 16, The Times denounces the return of Mr Daly, as he was, it says, leader in the most villainous plots of 1884. It asserts that Mr McCarty's Party did not dare to oppose so popular a criminal, and it is certain the House of Commons will declare him incapable of sitting. Sydney, This Day. Davitt, referring to Daly's election for Limerick, said Daly was entrapped by a secret service officer, who got into his confidence.
