The Feilding F*ootb»U Club have j received a challenge from the Marton old players to play a match on the 20th instant, but as that is the day on which the former have a match with the Pirates they will not be able to accept the challenge, but a match will probably be arranged for a later date. The Auckland Rugby Union has arranged the following programme for the Southern tour of the Auckland representative team, which leaves on 13th August :— Hawke's Ray, 15th August ; South Canterbury, at Timaru, 19th August ; Otago, 24th August ; Canterbury, 28th August ; Wellington, 3 lat August ; Nelson, | 2nd September ; Taranaki, 6th Sep- | tember.
