In the former case it was decided that the explanation of the Auckland Club ] was not satisfactory, and resolved to \ suspend operation of rule 70, so far as t that Club is concerned, till further notice. The effect will be to disqualify ] owners, drivers, riders and horses who ■ take part in meetings under the Auck- * land Club's rules from taking part in i meetings under the rules of the j Canterbury Association.
