A COMPLAINT.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sut,—A poundkeeper bas been appointed who is little known by sight, who has no officii habitat, and no published hours for being found either at the pound or any other place. Will you ascertain what people are to do upon bringing trespassing stock to the yard. I am, etc., A Bupgess. [The hours of attendance of the poundkeeper at the pound, Derby street, are—B a m., 12 noon, and 4 p.m.—Ed. F.S.]
