(Per Press Association). London, July 8. Turkey, Bulgaria, and Macedonia, are represented to be anx'ously awaiting Lord Salisbury's foreign polfcy. The Sultan is reported to have proposed a general scheme of reform for the whole of the Empire. A general conference of the Powers to consider it is suggested.
