Friday, July 4th, 1895. Before Mr R. L. Stanford, S.M. Henry Hammond v. Henry Hinks and Fanny Hinks; chum £15. Mr Sandilands for plaintiff. Judgment for amount claimed with costs 30s ; solicitor's fee 15s 6d. Dr Johnston v. R. Neilson ; claim £11 ss. Mr Sandilands for plaintiff. The amount of claim was paid into court without solicitor's fee. Judgment for solicitor's fees 10s Gd, awd hearing fee ss. Dr Johnston v. E. Jackman ; claim £13 Gd. Mr Sandilands for plaintill. Judgment for amount claimed with costs 18s, solicitor's fee 15s Gd. H. Hammond v. llura Te Nuku ; claim £17s 18s. Mr Sandilands for plaintiff. Judgment for the amount claimed with costs 20k, solicitor's fee 15s 6d, witness' expenses 14s 3d. Michael Franklin v. A. Hannett ; a judgment summons claim £-1 19s. No order was made as the judgment creditor had no means. Mrs Millard v. Millard. Mr Prior for plaintiff. This was an information against defendant for failing to comply with an order of the court to maintain one of his child.ien. Defendant deposed to supplying his wife with money prior to the order being made and expressed his willingness to provide a home for her. His Worship dismissed the case on the ground that defendant was willing to find a home for his wife and family. R. Wahle v. Jas. O'Connor ; claim £2 5s 9d. Mr Readcfor the plaintiff. Defendant put in a contra claim for £1 4s, and expressed his willingness to pay balance, but opposed the costs as he alleged the case resulted through no fault of his. Judgment for J£l Is 9d, with costs. This was all the business and the Court adjourned.
