Bi-Metallists' Conference.
♦ (Per Press Association). Uerlin, July 3. • A conference of French and German bi-metallists is being held at Berlin. The proceedings are largely influenced by Mr Balfour's return to power in England. A resolution was passed in favour of international bimetalism at a fixed ratio.
