A COMPLAINT.

TO THE EDITOR OP THE STAR. Sir, — Will you kindly allow me space to put before your readers what I believe to be a piece of gross negligence on the part of the Post Office officials. I have been in the habit of getting papers from London for a considerable time, and my correspondents at Home assure me they are still sending the papers. However, they are conspicuous by their non - delivery. Now, sir, I would like to know on whom does this blame devolve. If it is on the postal authorities at Wellington I hope the Postmaster-General will take steps to remedy the defect at once. I may state that the papers sent are both Conservative and Liberal. I receive the latter fairly well, but the former I receive about once in three months. Thanking you in anticipation. I am, &c, A. W. Anderson, Harbour Board Block. July 3rd, 1895.
