The House of Lords has passed the second reading of thd Colonial Boundaries Bill, the purpose of which is to remove , doubts concerning small annexations by the Australian colonies and New Zealand. The Privy Council have ordered the judgment of the Japanese Court to be restored against the P. and O. Coy's Ravenna which came into collision with the Japanese warship Chishima. The decision of the Japanese Court was against the Company, but was reversed by the Superior Court at Shanghai.
