FRAUDULENT FINANCING. (Per Press Association.) Melbourne, This Day. In the case Bigg v. the Standard Bank a verdicb was given for the plaintiff for £43 10s. Some peculiar financing was disclosed by the evidence. The Court found the documents between the parties ■were executed by mutual mistake, procured and induced by fraudulent action and concealment. __—_»
