The Commissioner of Taxes.
(Per x J ress Association.) Napier, May 31. Mr McGowan, Commissioner of Taxes, met the Chamber of Commerce this evening for two h«urs. He answered questions relating to the Income Tax and assessment forms, and explained them. A motion was passed expressing satisfaction generally with his explanation, especially with the part relating to the returns.
