I A MONSTER PETITION. [Per Press Association 1 . London, May 80. The Times declares that unless the Colonial Judges sitting on the Privy Council are regarded as in every respect the equals of their English colleagues, the scheme proposed in Lord Rosebery's Colonial Judges (Privy Council) Bill will only cause, irritation and lead to feelings of distrust. May 31. A petition signed by a million people in the United Kingdom was presented to the House of Commons against the Welsh Church Disestablishment Bill.
