I There was a heavy fall of snow here last Friday and Saturday, there being about four inches on the ground Snowballing was freely indulged in by the young folks, and one young man had the misfortune to pnt two of his fingers out of , joint while of the game. Messrs Martin Bros, nre carting timber to build two large dwelling-houses in the township, for themselves. Mr Beilski is - also building, as is Mr Temperley who has the carpenter at work erecting a substantial dwelling. Sunday School work was started in the new Wesleyan Church last Sunday, with Mr Boshier as superintendent. All ! children are to bo made welcome.
