At a public meeting, convened by the Mayor, at Rangiora last night, motions were carried, ■' Thut in view of the ever recurring unemployed difficulty this meeting would impress on the Minister of Lands the importance of at once securing land for settlement in this district and of sub dividing it into small allotments."
