Military Scandal at Sydney.

o (Per Press Association). Sydney, February 25. The military scandal was inquired into by court martial to-day. Miss Cummins, of Wollongong, was the accusee and Captain Close the defendant. The lady in her evidence stated she was drugged by defendant who then committed an offence upon her. Evidence of a shocking character was disclosed. The court martial has not yet concluded.
