(Per Press Association.) Wellington, Februarj 7 25. The Hinemoa will proceed from One hunga to Greyiuouth and bring on the Premier and family to Wellington Auckland, February 24. It is stated that Mr Malcom McPherson will be appointed by the Loan and Mercantile Company general manager in New Zealand in succession to Mr F. Battley, who recently resigned through failing health. Mr Dodds, Inspector of the Company, retains his present position but it is understood he will in future take up a more important post than hereto fore in the responsible control of the Company's New Zealand business. Invercargill, February 25. The body of John McMuilen, a laborer, was found in a lagoon at East Gore yesterday. A verdict of accidental drowning was returned.
