Tame and Go. report on the markets for the week ending 15th February : — Fat sheep — Market quiet ; freezing wethers, 9s to 9a 6d ; fat ewes, 6s to 7s 6d according to weight ; fat lambs, the demand for freezing is still good, at 6s 6d to 7s 6d ; store sheep, no enquiry except for fresh mouth ewes, store wethers, 6s to 7s ; 4 to 6 tooth ewes, good, 5s to 6s. Fat cattle— ln plenty supply at 17b per lOOlbs ; store cattle, Belling freely, steers, A' 4to i' 4 10s , 2 yr steers, £3 to .£3 10s ; yearlings and 18-month olds, 38s to 50s ; calves, 24s to 30s. Dairy stock, good demand for all youug cows and heifers coming to calve now or later on ; sales have been made, cows, £6 to £1 10 a ; heifers, £4 to £5 10s. Pigs -Slips, 10s to 12s ; porkers, 20a to 25s ; baconers, 38s to 455. Horses— We held our usual sale of horses on Saturday. We sold a nice s«yr old mare by Daniel O'Rourk© for £9 5s ; other harness sorts from £8 to £9; aged harness horses, fresh and pretty sound, brought £G to £1 10 a ; hacks were not in good demand quality being deficient. We offered a few suitable for spring dray work which were passed at £VQ to .£l3, any really good draughts coming forward would meet with good sale. Wool — Market at Home is much the same and no alteration in values locally. Sheepskins— All coming forward sell freely at 3M to 4jd for well wooled skins.
