Invercargill Freezing Company.
(Per Press Association.) IxvEncAKGiLL, February 9. At the annual meeting of the South* land Freezing .Vl eat Company over 200 shareholders attended. The chairman said tho loss of .£16,000 on the year's operations was almost entirely due to ihe falling in price at Home. A motion was passed with only two dissentients acceptthe offer of Turnbnll, Murtin and Co. and the New Zealand Shipping Company, to guarantee advances to the extent of £10,000 to enable the Company to carry on, on condition thut they have the sole control of the business.
