The Federation Question.
| Per Press Association.! Melbourne, February 8. The Age writes that the statesmen of New Zealand consider themselves outside of federation and yet the fact that they have once a year to. meet federally for such work as postal and cable communication, would show that the logic of facts will eventually bring them within the union.
