Postal Conference.
(PKE FREBB ASSOCIATION). Hobaet, February 8. At the Postal Conference this morning Mr Thyne thought the reduced postage to England inopportune at present. The insurance of parcels and. reduction of commission on money orders to the United Kingdom he could not recommend. The remainder of the business was completed this afternoon, A universal telcgraphco.de vocabulary was favorably regarded, but the Conference would not commit itself to, the code issued by Mr Jter-ne. Jn case of the interruption of the cable it recommended that press messages should be given precedence. The next Conference will be held in Melbourne.
