Floods in Now South Wales.
(Per Press Association.) Syn^B-jfj February 8. Heavy rain, is almost general throughout the colony. The lower portions, of the Jfcfrmter river district are again flooded. Some of the streets in Newcastle are under water, and many of the houses are flooded, Muoh damage has been done in the South Coast district. Railway traffic is suspended in several plaoes on account of land slips and the washaway of bridges.
