The Judge discharged tho three older prisoners, holding thero -was no ovideuce to support tho chargo. With regard to the youngor daughter, Jauo, tho jury had to consider whothev her coufessiou that when her sister's child was born sho killed aud buried it was true, or whether it was a hallucination. On this question the jury returned a verdict of not guilty.
