New Post Cards.
(Per Press Association.) Wellington, This Day. An extension of facilities for transmission of post cards will tako place from Ist of January. Hitherto only cards of Government pattern, or cards issued by private persons by special authority of tho Postmastcr-Goneral could be used, but the new regulations provide that any card, provided it is of the samo sizo (5 by 3 inches) and not thicker than cards issued by the Post Office, may bo prepared by moaHs of adhosivo stamps for any place iv New Zealand, Australian colonies, or the tJnited Kingdoin.|
