The following application for title was approved : J. Hewson, section 48, Block, XI, Ongo. Transfer approved : A. Cameron, to C. A. W Monckton, section 1, Block XVI, Apiti, Surrenders in Farm Homestead Associations acoapted :— J. Logan, Pahiatua IV, T. Sanders, C. McCloy, and Jno. San derp, Kaikoura Associations; L. A. and D. Donald, Masterton Reform ; P. MeCartin, and Jno. McCartin, Huntervillo ; Association I and 111, R. J. and F. L. Stepbenson, Marton V. All the afternoon was occupied with consideration of a complaint by Timothy Troy about being excluded from a ballot at Hunterville, and the re-hearing of Sharmaa's case In Mrs Sharman's case fresh evidence was brought to prove that she was an innocent sufferer and would loose LIOOO by the forfeiture of the section. *ir Pirani moved and Mr Fitzherbert seconded a motion rescinding the forfeiture, while Messrs Hogg and Fisher opposed it. It was decided to give the selector of Section 30, Block XII, Apiti, six months' extension ol time to pay his rent. Mr E Gladstone was granted permission to reside on the section adjoining section 72, Block VI, Apiti Mr R. Mejhew was notified that if he did not make seotion 27, West Wakatipu Village Settlement his home within the meaning of the land Act it would he for* feited.
