RAILWAY RETURNS.
The Traffic Returns for the NapierTaranaki section for tho four weeks ending 10th November, 1894, and for the corresponding four weeks in 1893 were as follows: — I
4;'16,196 6 10 4-14,944 19 4 This increase in revenue under the heading of " goods " is owing to wool of which 460 tons, and raeichandise of which 1300 tons extra were carried respectively. The totals up to date for both islands inclusive were 1893 £672,711 16s od and for 1894 £G53,---586 12s 6d of this deficiency the North Island is accountable for only £500 and the South Island for £18,600.
